            <p id="isPasted">Greater Manchester Business School is an innovative vocational business school with real-world experience and employability at its heart. &nbsp;Having piloted and transitioned to Greater Manchester Way block model for undergraduate programmes, the school has undergone significant transformation over the past two years with new student support initiatives implemented to improve student experience. &nbsp;Student attendance and achievements have risen as a result and we have grown our research programmes significantly. We deliver a range of business and accountancy programmes at all levels, from foundation and undergraduate to Masters and Higher level research degrees, with apprenticeships and executive education key areas of growth.&nbsp;</p><p>We are looking to recruit a dynamic Senior Lecturer who will support our wide portfolio of business courses. We are an applied Business School with a focus on equipping students to add value from day one in industry and we follow &lsquo;teaching intensive, research informed&rsquo; principles. Knowledge exchange and feeding contemporary research into the curriculum is important, as are industry links which inform up to date theory and practice.</p><p>Registration with an appropriate professional body is desirable along with a first degree and preferably a teaching qualification.             <p id="isPasted">We are seeking an experienced Work-Based Trainer to support Apprenticeship growth in Greater Manchester Business School.</p><p>You will play a key role in delivering high-quality apprenticeship programmes in the school, acting as the primary liaison between apprentices and their employers, ensuring clear communication and consistent support throughout the apprenticeship journey.</p><p>Reporting to the Apprenticeship Manager, you will manage a caseload of apprentices, supporting learners, from onboarding through to End Point Assessment. Working closely with academic colleagues and employers, you will monitor progress, coordinate reviews, support End Point Assessment preparation, and maintain accurate learner records in line with funding and quality requirements. You will also contribute to quality assurance activity and support recruitment and employer engagement as required.</p><p>You will hold a relevant degree, professional qualification, or equivalent experience, alongside credible and current industry knowledge within Business Management &amp; Facilities Management. Experience working within an apprenticeship delivery context, strong organisation and stakeholder management skills, and commitment to learner success and continuous improvement are essential.</p><p>This is an opportunity to join a forward-thinking and innovative Business School, contributing meaningfully to apprentice progression and the development of strong employer partnerships.
