            <p id="isPasted">We are seeking an experienced Work-Based Trainer to support Apprenticeship growth in Greater Manchester Business School.</p><p>You will play a key role in delivering high-quality apprenticeship programmes in the school, acting as the primary liaison between apprentices and their employers, ensuring clear communication and consistent support throughout the apprenticeship journey.</p><p>Reporting to the Apprenticeship Manager, you will manage a caseload of apprentices, supporting learners, from onboarding through to End Point Assessment. Working closely with academic colleagues and employers, you will monitor progress, coordinate reviews, support End Point Assessment preparation, and maintain accurate learner records in line with funding and quality requirements. You will also contribute to quality assurance activity and support recruitment and employer engagement as required.</p><p>You will hold a relevant degree, professional qualification, or equivalent experience, alongside credible and current industry knowledge within Business Management &amp; Facilities Management.             <p id="isPasted">We are seeking an experienced and motivated Work Based Apprenticeship Trainer to join the School of Engineering and Built Environment, supporting apprentices across engineering and built environment disciplines. The role plays a key part in delivering high-quality apprenticeships, maintaining strong employer relationships, and ensuring compliance with apprenticeship standards.</p><p>You will manage a caseload of apprentices and act as the primary link between the University, employers, and apprentices, supporting learners from onboarding through to End Point Assessment. Working closely with academic colleagues and employers, you will monitor progress, coordinate reviews, support End Point Assessment preparation, and maintain accurate learner records in line with funding and quality requirements. You will also contribute to quality assurance activity and support recruitment and employer engagement as required.</p><p>You will hold a relevant degree, professional qualification, or equivalent experience, alongside credible and current industry knowledge within engineering and/or the built environment. Many of our programmes are accredited by the DfE and regulated by OFSTED.&nbsp;</p><p>The key duties of the post holder will be to play a key role in supporting, expanding and enhancing the School of Education. Leading on the development and delivery of a financially sustainable portfolio of under-graduate and post-graduate courses. This will involve collaboration with key staff, to ensure innovative programme and curriculum development, resulting in increased student satisfaction and retention. The post holder will also be required to contribute to the teaching and delivery of Professional, undergraduate and taught postgraduate programmes in the area of Education.&nbsp;</p><p>In addition to leading the school on its central teaching agenda, the role-holder will provide direction to a number of Centres within the School, including research and KE (e.g. the International Centre for Educational Leadership, and the Centre of AI in Education.) The School also houses the University&rsquo;s academic staff development and teaching observation function, acting as a liaison point between the Higher Education Academy and our staff.</p><p>Applicants should have significant leadership and management experience, working in Compulsory/Further Education and Higher Education.
