            <p style="text-align: center;">Partnership Coordinator&nbsp;</p><p id="isPasted" style="text-align: justify;">The Off Campus Division of the University of Greater Manchester manages the partnership work of our growing University. As the University rises in the UK HE rankings, the Off Campus Division makes sure that students who study UGM qualifications at one of our valued UK or International partner institutions receive an equivalent quality of educational experience. Our success in developing quality-driven partnerships means that we are expanding, bringing in new team members to support our increasing range of activities.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">You will be enthused by the idea of a dynamic work environment and be excited by the challenges of diversity and finding common ground. You will be super-organised, hard-working, digitally literate with great communication skills, ready to roll up your sleeves to tackle tasks. In return, we can offer an immersive experience in HE systems and processes, staff development, involvement in research projects and initiatives and of course, training will be given.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Our Partnership Coordinator team is the foundation of our partnership management work. We are seeking dedicated Variable Hours Tutors to join our team and deliver high-quality teaching across our Business programmes. This role offers the unique opportunity to support students both locally and at our international partner centres. Predominantly teaching duties, with occasional marking/ supervision only responsibilities (these duties would be payable at &pound;25 per hour).</p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>The main function of this post is to deliver teaching on specific modules within the Business division. You will be responsible for providing a transformative learning experience for undergraduate students through lectures, seminars, and studio-based sessions.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities Include:</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li><strong>Subject Delivery:</strong> Demonstrating expert knowledge in Business, specifically focusing on Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Marketing, Finance, and HR.</li><li><strong>Instructional Excellence:</strong> Preparing engaging lessons and developing appropriate audio-visual and VLE (Virtual Learning Environment) materials.</li><li><strong>Student Support:</strong> Providing essential tutorial support and pastoral care to help students from a wide range of backgrounds succeed.</li><li><strong>Academic Administration:</strong> Maintaining accurate class records, completing registers, and marking student assessments in a timely manner.</li><li><strong>Quality &amp; Development:</strong> Attending examination boards, course committees, and participating in staff development events as required.</li></ul><p><strong>International Travel &amp; In-Person Delivery</strong></p><p>This is an in-person teaching role. Our Off Campus Division is seeking a strategic and authoritative Lead for Academic Partnership Oversight to spearhead the operationalisation of our quality and compliance frameworks.</p><p data-path-to-node="1"><b data-path-to-node="1" data-index-in-node="0">The Role</b></p><p data-path-to-node="2">As the Lead for Academic Partnership Oversight, you will be responsible for the implementation of our ATLAS Strategy (Admissions, Teaching, Learning, Assessment, and Student Support) and the GLOBE framework across our diverse portfolio.
