Cleaner

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our Facilities team as a Cleaner on a part-time basis (17.5 hours per week). 

This role offers an excellent opportunity to support the University’s commitment to providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out general cleaning duties across university buildings, including offices, classrooms, restrooms, corridors, and communal areas

  • Ensure all areas are cleaned to a high standard, following set schedules and procedures

  • Safely use and store cleaning materials and equipment in accordance with health and safety guidelines

  • Report any maintenance issues, hazards, or damages promptly to the relevant team

  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet service standards and respond to changing priorities

Working pattern for this role is: 

Monday to Friday 2.00pm / 5.30pm
